Une journée à vite oublier ! Non, en fait, il parait que c’est dans les défaites que l’on apprend le plus. Alors nourrissons-nous de cette défaite ou de cette belle victoire d’Oullins.
En effet, je tiens à féliciter cette superbe équipe fort sympathique qui mérite cette victoire pleine d’abnégation ! Bravo à tous et au plaisir de vous revoir vite ☺. Pour résumer, nous avons pris une leçon de badminton qui restera gravée dans ma mémoire au plus d’un titre. Une journée sans !
Sans vouloir se cacher derrière l’absence de Yuhan Tan, il est vrai que notre équipe était quelque peu diminuée, sans parler de l’absence de Victoria Slobodyanuk depuis le début de saison. Bref, Yuhan nous a cruellement manqué ! Il faut prendre aussi en considération que ce match contre Oullins est une rencontre importante compte tenu des enjeux de maintien en Top 12 pour nos deux clubs.
La rencontre débute par le Double Dame et le Double Mixte 2.
Delphine et Lauren jouent contre Margot Lambert et Delphine Lansac. Nos filles ne réussissent pas à élever leur niveau de jeu. Défaite sans appel en 2 sets. En revanche, Fabien et Lilian ne font qu’une bouchée de Joris Grosjean et Stacey Guerin.

À ce moment-là de la rencontre tout va bien. Mais c’est sans compter sur l’énergie des joueurs d’Oullins. En effet, sur le Simple Homme 1 et le Simple Homme 2, nos simplistes ne peuvent pas faire grand-chose, hormis le 1erset de Tanguy face à Valentin Singer. C’est très difficile pour nos joueurs. Pour Cémil Dogan, qui nous fait le plaisir de pallier à l’absence de Yuhan, c’est très difficile de jouer au niveau de son adversaire, Remi Rossi. Merci à Cémil de nous avoir accompagné sur cette rencontre. J’espère que pour toi que cela a été une expérience enrichissante.
3 à 1 pour Oullins
Le Double Homme débute. Il débute mal ! Grégor et Fabien sont bien en dessous de leurs adversaires du moment. Joris Grosjean et Corentin Didier sont impériaux !
4 à 1 pour Oullins
Lauren commence son Simple Dame 2 face à Margot Lambert. Match disputé mais qui finalement ira dans l’escarcelle du club d’Oullins. Margot a mieux géré les fins de set.
5 à 1
Lilian fait du Lilian, c’est-à-dire sans failles. Elle inflige une sévère défaite à Delphine Lansac.
Nous revenons au score avec la possibilité d’aller chercher le point défensif qui pourrait être important en fin de saison.
Le Double Mixte 1 est lancé, composé pour nous de Delphine et de Grégor et pour Oullins de Corentin Didier et de Joanna Chaube. Après un 1erset bien maîtrisé par Delphine et Grégor, ils s’écroulent dans les 2 sets suivants, pendant que leurs adversaires haussent leur niveau de jeu. Le point défensif s’envole !
Résultat final 6 à 2 pour Oullins
Cette défaite est dure et rude ! J’espère qu’elle n’aura pas de trop lourde conséquence. Je tiens à féliciter notre équipe pour la réaction après match (n’est-ce pas Tanguy). Elle va avoir besoin de l’aide de tous lors des prochaines journées. Notamment celle du 15 décembre à domicile contre Talence. Je souhaite remercier Cémil pour sa présence, primordiale pour avoir une équipe compétitive. Merci au club d’Oullins pour l’organisation et l’accueil. Spéciale dédicace à Rémi, Corentin et plus appuyée à Joris ☺

To summarize, we took a badminton lesson that will remain etched in my memory in more ways than one. A bad day! Without wanting to hide behind the absence of Yuhan Tan, it is true that our team was somewhat diminished, not to mention the absence of Victoria Slobodyanuk since the beginning of the season. In short, Yuhan has sorely missed us! It must also be taken into account that this match against Oullins is an important meeting knowing that the upkeep in Top 12 for our two clubs is at stake.

On Women Single 1, Lilian made some “Lilian style”, that is to say without flaws. She inflicts a severe defeat on Delphine Lansac. We come back to the score with the possibility of looking for the defensive point which could be important at the end of the season.
Mixed Double 1 is launched, composed for us of Delphine and Gregor and for Oullins of Corentin Didier and Joanna Chaube. After a first set well mastered by Delphine and Gregor, they collapse in the next 2 sets, while their opponents raise their level of play. The defensive point flies!

This defeat is hard and tough! I hope it will not have too much consequence. I want to congratulate our team for the reaction after the match (isn’t it Tanguy!) that will need everyone’s help in the next few days, on December 15th at home against Talence.
