L’année 2018 commence très bien !
Pour la réception de nos poursuivants, le club du Volants des 3 frontières (V3F), venant de Saint-Louis, nous avions prévu après la rencontre notre Bad&Pros Night Fever V. Histoire que la fête soit totale, nous avions anticipé une soirée sous le soleil des tropiques puisque le thème était Créole.
The year 2018 starts very well!
For the reception of our pursuers le Volant des 3 Frontières (V3F) coming from Saint Louis, we had planned after the meeting our Bad & Pros Night Fever V. For the party to be total, we had anticipated an evening under the tropical sun since the theme was Creole.
Avant que la température ne monte sur le dancefloor, l’équipe se charge de la faire monter sur les courts.
En effet, nous avons pour la 1ère fois de l’année l’effectif au complet, sauf Lauren Méheust qui travaillait (snif). Nous avons donc de retour notre Fabrice national et notre Flavie revenue d’Asie. J’ai tout de même demandé le renfort de Yoann et de Pauline car Tanguy a une entorse et Flavie vient de subir une opération du gros orteil (pas bien de laisser traîner ses doigts de pied n’importe où en Asie).
Bref, nous avons une équipe compétitive avec un fort effectif. Pour V3F, c’est effectif minimum : 3 filles, 3 garçons !
Je dois dire que la composition de leur équipe est la meilleure possible pour nous contrer et, j’imagine, essayer de venir chercher le match nul (voir feuille de match ci-dessous). La composition de V3F a le mérite de nous questionner et de motiver nos troupes.
La blessure de Tanguy quelques jours avant la rencontre n’arrange rien à nos émotions du moment après cette période festive. Mais c’est sans compter sur cette formidable équipe qui, dans une ambiance amicale, arrive à aller chercher les résultats ! C’EST QUI LE PATRON ???!!!!
Before the temperature rose on the dancefloor, the team took charge of getting it on the courts.
Indeed, we had for the first time of the year the entire team except Lauren Meheust (so sad) who worked – so we had the return of our Fabrice The Great and our Flavie back from Asia. I still asked the reinforcement of Yoann and Pauline because Tanguy had a sprain and Flavie had just undergone an operation of the big toe (Not good to let your toes go anywhere in Asia). In short, we had a competitive team with a strong workforce. For V3F, it was minimum workforce! 3 girls, 3 boys. I must say that the composition of their team was the best possible to counter us and I imagine trying to come for the draw (see results below). The composition of V3F had the merit of questioning us and motivating our troops.
The injury of Tanguy a few days before the meeting did not settle anything on our emotions of the moment after this festive period. It’s not counting on this great team that in a friendly atmosphere gets to get the results! WHO IS THE BOSS !!!!!!!
Les premiers matchs sont le SH1 et le DMX1.
Sur le SH1, nous partons avec un gros handicap car l’écart de niveau entre les deux joueurs est très en faveur de V3F. Yoann, pour ce premier match en équipe 1 et face à un joueur classé N1, n’avait donc pas un match simple, mais riche d’enseignements pour lui. Je sais ce qu’il va devoir bosser…
1 à 0 pour V3F
Le DMX1 débute en même temps. Nous le considérons comme un match à risque mais c’est sans compter sur la maîtrise de notre paire, pas souvent alignée ensemble cette année, en raison de la blessure du moment de Tanguy et de la blessure précédente de Gregor. Delphine et Gregor font parler la poudre et remportent ce match en 2 sets.
1 égalité
Pour la suite, les deux simples dames sont lancés. Nous n’avons pas beaucoup de craintes pour nos filles. Li Lian gagne son match sans trop forcer, de même que Victoria qui ne s’attarde pas sur le terrain.
3 à 1 pour l’USEE
The first match was the MS1 and the MxD1. On the MS1 we started with a big handicap with a level difference between the two players in favor of V3F. Yoann for this first match in team 1 and face to a player ranked N1 had a match not simple but rich of lessons for him. I know what he’s going to have to work on.
1 to 0 for V3F
The MxD1 started at the same time. It was considered to be a risky game for us, but that’s not counting on the mastery of our double step, which we often put together this year, because of Tanguy’s injury of the moment and Gregor’s previous injury. Delphine and Gregor made the powder speak and won this match in 2 sets.
1 tie
The following was the two ladies’ singles where we did not have much fears for our girls – Li Lian, without too much force, won her match easily as well as for Victoria who did not take much time.
3 to 1 for the USEE
Le DH démarre avec le SH2. On aligne Fabrice qui revient d’une longue convalescence.
Notre DH maîtrise son sujet et plie le match en 2 sets mais avant cela, Fabrice doit abandonner son match sur une petite blessure certainement occasionnée par le manque de jeu à ce niveau. Fabrice devrait vite revenir mais il va falloir être patient.
Si vous suivez bien, cela fait 4 à 2 pour nous
Le DD et le DMX2 commencent. Fabien et Li Lian, une nouvelle fois associés, laminent leurs adversaires (sorry, V3F) tandis que le DD est très accroché entre deux jeunes écossaises classées 66e mondiales (curieux le classement de l’une de leurs joueuses N2 !) et Victoria et Delphine (44e mondiale pour Delphine). Le match est de toute beauté avec de longs échanges magnifiques qui enthousiasment le public. Notre paire est plus agressive sur les volants, plus dominatrice et ponctue cette rencontre par une 6e victoire.
6 à 2 pour l’USEE, qui prive V3F du point défensif !
The MD started at the same time as the MS2 where we put Fabrice who was coming back from a long convalescence. Our MD mastered his subject and folded the match in 2 sets but before that, Fabrice had to abandon his match on a small injury certainly caused by his lack of play at this level. Fabrice should be back soon and we’ll have to be patient.
If you follow well it’s 4 to 2 for us
WD and MxD2 started. Fabien and Li Lian once again partners have rolled their opponents (Sorry V3F) while we had a WD very hooked between two young Scottish ranked 66th World (Curious the ranking of one of their player N2!) against Victoria and Delphine (44th worldwide for Delphine). The match was beautiful with long and beautiful exchanges that excited the public.Our double was more aggressive on the points, more domineering and punctuated this meeting with a 6th victory
6 to 2 for the USEE who deprives the V3F of the defensive point!
Nous débutons l’année sportive brillamment.
Et nous fêtons cette victoire comme il se doit avec une soirée de toute beauté organisée par notre équipe de la Guinguette. Une grosse pensée pour nos blessés du moment, Flavie, Tanguy et Fabrice. Prenez soin de vous et revenez vite !
Un gros remerciement pour La Guiguette qui nous a concocté une soirée de dingue sous le signe des tropiques et à Cecile B. pour l’organisation. Bravo les filles !!! Merci Pierre Grégoire, adjoint au maire d’Ezanville d’être toujours là ! De même que Claude Berton, président de l’USEE, qui a prolongé sa participation à notre Bad&Pros Night Fever V. Évidemment, merci à tous les bénévoles pour la préparation de cette journée car sans eux rien ne pourrait se faire.
J’aime cette équipe mais pas simplement l’équipe 1, non, l’équipe que forme l’USEE. Une vraie famille ! J’adore ! Spéciale dédicace à notre ex-président, Jean-Michel, qui sur le dancefloor a mis le feu coiffé de bien belle manière !
Dédicace aussi à la présence d’anciens joueurs qui fait toujours plaisir à voir et à Michel T. pour qui j’ai une grande affection.
Prochaine journée le 27 janvier à Créteil. Ce n’est pas très loin donc vous pouvez venir nous encourager !
We are starting the year brilliantly. We celebrated this victory as it should be with an evening of great beauty organized by our team La Guiguette. A big thought to our wounded players of the moment, Flavie, Tanguy and Fabrice. Take care of yourselves and come back soon! A big thank you for La Guiguette who concocted us a crazy night under the sign of the tropics and Cecile B. for the organization. Good job girls!!! Obviously all the volunteers for the preparation of this day because without them nothing could be done! I like this team but not just team 1, no, the team that the USEE forms. A real family! I just love it! Special dedication to our former president, Jean-Michel, who on the dancefloor has put the fire in a beautiful way. As well as the presence of former players who is always happy to see and also the presence of Michel T. for whom I have a great affection.
Next day January 27th in Creteil. It is not very far so you can come and encourage us !
